From 2008 Azienda Agricola Cournaja takes part at the Concorso Enologico Vini del Roero organized by the Ordine dei Cavalieri di San Michele del Roero.
The wines are judged from experts of the tasting committee in an anonymous way with the Great Master of the Associacion as notary. Getting involved, the winery has the chance to compare itself to the other producers of the area, committing itself for a high quality product.
Our wines always obtained a good result in the contest: great in the vintages 2008 and 2015, with two
golden wheels, and exceptional in the vintages 2011, 2013 and 2018 with three golden wheels.
